I don't like the way this one came out. I had hoped it would come out close to the refrence I used. But it didn't.In my opinion, it is easier to draw on the cpu. With the curve tool and what not.
Drawn and colored on PSP7.

well, i'm a fan of dbz series, and i tell you this is a great ssj4. a bit blurry, i guess, but still great. keep it up.

It's blurry cuz the color didn't completely blend with the lines and there were white spaces around them. So I blurred it to blend it.
