Bulma said in Dragonball GT that only Pure Saiyans can become Super Saiyan 4. Therefore Saiyans like Goku and Vegeta are the only one's capable of it.

Beardofpower says otherwise. He said it was unexplained for Gohan and the other half saiyans to obtain Super Saiyan 4 and was too convient.

Actually I take back what I said, since Goku and Vegeta were SSJ4 before they made SSJ4 Gogeta.. it'd make more sense for Goten and Trunks to become SSJ4 before becoming Gotenks.. if it happened in the seried.

Good pic but you need to remember neither Goten or Trunks can achieve SSJ3 without fusing into Gotenks.. so one of them singly becoming an SSJ4 is out of the question, they aren't strong enough and they don't have tails. But hey! fan art is fan art, and I personally love this pic! very good artwork.
