In Marvel Comics, the Kaiju Formula was created by combining many other supernatural substances like the Super Soldier Serum, Gamma Radiation, Pym Particles and the Connors Formula. In a nutshell, you become a Godzilla-looking kaiju. First of all, grow to a massive size (Like three electrical pylons on top of each other), which increases strength and resilience to inhuman levels. Since it's stated it also grants Hulk-like powers, is possible that you gain underwater breathing, decelerated aging/regenerative healing factor (Including disease and poison immunity), radiation absorption/empowerment and telepathic resistance. The only drawback, is that returning to human form is practically impossible, but the possibility is still there.
