It's a mix of Intense Derwent Pencils and gouache Oh and a little bit of photoshop for the sharp details

Wow thanks so much! I do love that Illustrator. And yeah it did pain me to draw this. I love dogs so much haha. But in the end he will get what he deserves so it's all gonna be good
