Could it be that the box containing what supposed to be killer bees is meant to spook curiosity seekers, or is it possible that the fellow there can't read, let alone understand the King's English?Β

What's this? An intelligent yet amusing depiction of humanity? An influx of bees should put a stop to that!

Seems he's looking for his Darwin Award. If the box contains what it says it does, then he's officially nominated.

...you know, if you actually locked bees up in a box that they couldn't escape from, the heat generated from their motion would cause either the box to burst into flames, or rise to temperature heights that would smother the bees. So, in essence, they'd be the cause of their own destruction.

It's not that the stupid learned anything...but the conscientious just started looking out for them.
Natural Selection stopped working when we started acting civilized and looking out for those that can't (or don't) look out for themselves.

The only stupidity more illustrative of the harsh mechanics of natural selection than that little characters opening that box is the stupidity of the scientists that created those bees in the first place...

I'm aware that bees are vastly more aggressive and dangerous in some of the ecosystems other than the one I'm in (North America), but the only time I've heard of 'killer bees' is in reference to Africanized honeybees, which were bred by scientists in Brazil, and moved north, occasionally killing people and livestock, hence my reference to those scientists.
