Heck when I was a kid toys was solid steel with sharp points, glowed with heat over 300 degrees, and had no breaks on the wheels. My generation survived after learning "hey that's hot, that's sharp, and that is dangerous." this generation is like "wow it makes funny noises as my skin melts off, bet it can't poke my eye out again if I jump higher, and 30 story jump is nothing if I roll out of it."
People need to stop finding ways to save idiots, they breed and make more idiots.

Yeah, sadly you get called a variety of... colourful... terms if you bring forth that opinion in a legitimate context. I'm all for letting idiots get what they have coming. That being said, most people I know believe that I am frequently on the verge of receiving a Darwin Award myself, and, though I am yet to receive any serious injuries from my actions, I do not intend on letting it happen to myself.
One can be as stupid as he wishes to be, but he should not expect to receive any respect for dying via a clearly labelled box of killer bees, 750 KV third rail, or high-tension wire.

the only time I would feel sorry for him is if he never learned to read and was deaf... then it would be justified.
