nothing more annoying than when you are working at a 12 items or less lane and someone comes thru with a whole cart of stuff :/ its like, really? you can't tell that this is an express lane and that is like, 100 items... you sir/madam, are a butt. its good to know that all the people stuck in line behind you are mad at myself for the unwilling circumstance that i have found myself in :I

oh, goddess, I know this exact sort of person. My supermarket plain gave up on trying to enforce it unless it was blantantly not do-able and rediculously over the number. Then again, we got a new system of waiting for a register, a queue. It works a ton better than the old way.

i wish the stores out my way would enforce it in general, but to do so would "risk" problems with the customer so every moron and their brother goes to these lanes LOADED to bear with stuff and not a word is ever said against it aside from pissed off customers like myself whom go on ignored when i'm in a damned hurry to get out..
seriously... 20 fraking minutes when second in line at the EXPRESS lane?! (not exagerationg either, this has happened more than once, and i only had a SINGLE item myself.)
