I'm one of those crazy people that feels ripped off if a game irritates more than it entertains.GTA4 was pretty, but was shite to play.
SR2 was fun. Pure and simple.
(Wrote the script for this one ages ago. Didn't have time to draw it till now.)

Your summary in the last square really hits the nail on the head! I have to throw in a comment about SR2 having the best character editor I've even toyed with, and I love playing with those. That combined with the decent clothes options, I more successfully than ever made the ultimate hotty chick, and really want to try to screen cap and use for art reference (I'm sure second life allows more freedoms, but don't feel like getting lost for months in that world).

I resent the comment. yes most of the younger gaming generation are that way but don't genalize that all do! there are a good few of us that prefer gamplay and storyline over graphics anyday!

Tho I have to admit, there are a few games out there that look amazing AND have a great story. Take BioShock for example. I just played through it for the 4 billionth time the other day and I'm STILL learning stuff about the game!
