Quick pic of the saddest scene I have watched on the big screen in YEARS. I genuinely got a little choked up, because that was the first dinosaur we ever saw on our very first trip to Isla Nublar in 1993..... and it was the last dinosaur we saw as Isla Nublar burnt up.Related content

I was less sad because I was annoyed. Brachiosaurus can swim. They are aquatic, and have noses on the top of their head. Why on earth did it stand at the water's edge like a tool instead of taking a nice cool dip?!

Nice work. However, that was such a contrived scene for evoking tears. It was a thrilling movie but the storyline was quite ridiculous.

This would have been a more emotional scene if scientists didn't prove a few years ago that the Brontosaurus was never a real dinosaur. The Brontosaurus was just pieces of several different species of dinosaurs pieced together to make it look like it's one species. In other words, the Brontosaurus was always just made up.Β
