Its quite sad cause I looked up on the EU a lot. I almost looked at it as if it was some sort of hope that countries could put their differences away and unite, some sort of world peace or something. I guess it was naive after all, wasnt it?.

Most european citizens blame the EU for all things that is going wrong in their countries, even if the problems are mostly of domestic nature. Back in the days it were witches and jews, today it's the EU and the immigrants. Some things never change.

Nope.Ain't like that.I'm from Romania and being part of EU makes no difference at all.Most of peripheral countries that are part of EU are being judged,criticized by people from central powers.Not only that but when EU came with regulations and harsh rules our economical situation gone down,people became more poorer.For every average and/or poor citizen EU's prices are way too high.EU standards are too high for any of citizens being part of the peripheral countries that form EU.
