Description
The cover for Little Victory: Chimera #5 underwent a last-minute revision because of a teeny, tiny imperfection. I'm unsure if anyone but I would have spotted it and for the sake of time I very nearly left it as it was, but it irritated me every time I looked at the image, so I corrected it: In the original image, one of Vicky's eyes was higher than the other, and her hair seemed to angle to the right, giving the impression that her entire head was sloped to one side.Related content

Well at least it was an easy fix. Though you know, people really do have one eye higher than the other so it's not that unbelievable.

It's subtle, but Vicky's left eye (to the right side of our screen) on the left side figure is a tiny bit higher than the other.
I can't see what's up with the hair though.
One of those things that the original artist is best at spotting, I guess.

Oh my god I hate it when that happens...thats why I always mirror my images and work at it from there...why is it ALWAYS the EYES?? Β

I see it easily enough, but I think I actually prefer the original. Β The revision made a subtle change to her facial expression. Β The original looks somewhat quizzical, while the revision looks almost angry.
On the other hand, I'm not complaining either way. Β You're a better artist than I will be if I live to be a kazillion.

I can't tell the difference between the two pictures, but the scene on the right is really funny! I also like howΒ the girl on the left is like "I'm a pretty girl!", and I actually like how you drawed her there. She looks better than the other girl to me, call me a lover of freaks! <3

the "head was sloped to one side"Β actualy can be interpreted as a "you seriously tought it would work on me" while the revised give more of a "sigh... an other mook... again... it's starting to get on my nerves"

.............................. I can baaaaarely see it in the original..... we're going to need ruler lines to really notice
I just did something similar with a Tim Drake sketch I drew but it was his arm. It was too short... by way more than Vicky's head was off balance.

I totally understand what you were going through! I'm a perfectionist myself. Even though it doesn't notice to other people it can really get on your nerves.
I'm glad that you're happy with it now though. Vicky is looking awesome, as usual.
