Darn it! I've gone so long without making another team! Whatever. Everyone, meet Otto of Team Curio!

Name: Otto McAchu

Moves: Thunderbolt, Double Team, Thunder Wave, Grass Knot (TM)
Backstory: Otto was born on Pokemon Island. His parents were very ecstatic about nature, life, and plain how things worked, so naturally Otto picked up these traits. A curious young Pichu, little Otto used to sit and do things such as look at rocks, lay down and watch clouds, crack open berries from rare trees, and fiddle with flowers. Unfortunately, this strange behavior attracted the attention of other Pokemon around the island. Soon, Otto was known as "Little Hermit Boy" around the island. His parents were very supportive, though, and he lived this way for a while.

As a teen, Otto was a very curious Pikachu. He stayed on the playground after school doing outrageous things such as dropping Oran, Pecha and Bluk berries from the monkey bars and testing which one landed first. But something he was especially curious about was how a brain worked. He would ask other Pokemon strange questions such as, "What's your first thought when.." "How do you feel if.." and, his most favorite, "Who is your best friend?" Half of the time - no, three quarters of the time - they would give him a look and stride away. But those who did answer had little knowledge they were playing Otto's survey game.

As an adult, Otto continued to research and wonder about a Pokemon's mind. Finally he resorted to focusing on opinions and thought of Pokemon. He moved from his area of the Island (where he was known as the hermit) to the beach area. There he met many nice Pokemon and (tried) to befriend every single one. However, these actions came off as curious to some Pokemon and not all have accepted this.

Otto decided to form a rescue team to research how and why Pokemon take the time to make a team and do feats and missions.
