Dude, this is amazing. I sometimes imagine how a Godzilla film would be like during the silent era, and this seems to be how. I would love to actually see this happen.

Wouldn't this technically be MechaGodzilla?

Look's like Godzilla would be a mystic monster in a world with no nuclear weapons (yet).

Right! I tried to work in some traditional Japanese dragon elements to this Godzilla.

This is wildly cool. 1912... Not sure how that would even work. With no nuclear weapons, and even Willis O'Brien hadn't made a full length movie yet (and I'm not even sure he was animating at the time), it's hard to imagine what a 1912 Godzilla would be like.
Well, there is the novel Atragon was based on, which came out sometime in the late 1800's I think. If Steam Godzilla doesn't stop him, the Japanese army could always try tag teaming Godzilla with the two battleships from that book.

Also, the "superior X" is a nice touch. :3

Thanks for the comments (and spotting 'Superior X') ! You're right about O'Brien. Maybe Winsor McCay or George Melies could've had an interesting crack at it.

Thank you. I thought a 1912 Godzilla might have more dragon elements to the design.
