I love the shading, somehow gives off an eccentric feel I like you leave those 'fuzzy' white outlines, definitely a nice touch to the picture!

i really like how you left part of the paper background on there instead of cutting it all out perfectly. i allways loved using that affect in my own art as well.

I didn't want to assume it was his face, so I'm glad that I know now. I didn't want to assume it's gender, but it doesn't look like a female, so I think I'm safe on that one.
