I love how so much effort went into a scenario that makes no sense at all.

This is obviously a completely impossible scenario, but good job on the cartography!

At the time that Alaska purchase took place, Russia was at war (Crimean War) with Britain, France and Ottomans, so I doubt they would be selling Alaska to any of them.
After all, one of the main reasons why Alaska was put on sale, was to thrift the !very war! they were waging against Britain, France and Ottomans.
And by buying it, the allies would be forthright helping the Russian war effort against themselves! This is, by far, most unsound line of deeds for all sides.

As for the other nations, I'm unsided, but still doubtful.
Why would the Dutch or the Mexicans even want to buy something that was then seen as frozen wastelands?
And Austrians? Hard call here, but there are many reasons why their former bids in setting colonies up blundered woefully.
They couldn't settle forsaken and uncontested Nicobar Islands, or even keep a concessions in China, so it's highly unlikely that they would succeed even in fastening this vast swathe of land.

Extremely unrealistic.

1. Russia was at war with France, Britain, and the Ottomans at the time called the Crimean War. That's why the region wasn't given to Britain and why the region was being sold in the first place. So the territory would have never been given to France or the Turks.

2. Russia had cut relations with the Austro-Hungarians after they refused to ally with Russia during the previously mentioned war. Not to mention the Austro-Hungarians had little to any way of getting their navy to the region.

3. The Netherland would've never accepted the proposal to annex the territory due to its satisfaction with its colonial empire. Plus it was hard for them to handle their colony in Indonesia so they would have never expanded even more. That's why they didn't join in the Scramble for Africa.

4. Mexico would not afford or be able to handle the territory in Alaska. Plus America would probably block any form of Mexican influence in Alaska.

The only possible scenarios for Alaska at this time period would be being sold to the USA, kept by Russia and stolen by Britain, or kept by Russia and ignored by the British.

Hmm well to me the fun of Alternative History is the idea that what you make had a chance of actually happening and how the world would be different due to that change, but I guess we all have our preferences.
