I'm not really familiar with photomanipulations, but I'm going to assume that it's something like photoshop, and try to ignore the type/style of art and try to be focus on the overall piece instead :3

So I really like the blast of color you put into this, the purples and greens really pop out, extremely good sense of color! The angle is top notch and the lighting meshes so well with the angle you've created the piece!

I do however think the person in the piece seems a little, fake, for lack of a better word. I'm saying how the teeth and hands look "rubbery" and needs more texture. Add some veins for the hands, or if they're gloves add some folds and different shading to give it depth. For teeth just add little "dents" here and there (from my experience teeth are exactly "pearly whites" XD)
That wicked mask could also use some scratches to add some more oomph to the intensity of this piece.
