General Custer, have one side of the coin with Sitting Bull. here's the other. another nice image to draw. one of my best in pencil i think. Really happy with this, its got that old photo look. I may be getting a little obsessed with old black and whites. hehe I care not!Mechanical pencil, putty and stump

absolutely great! I would not be able to tell it was graphite work if it were not for some pencil lines in the shadows, but blending that out would destroy the awesome texture .

i hear ya on the texture, lazy blending = texture hehe. I have to stop myself from trying to hide all the imperfections. the little finger smudge or pencil scratch. My girlfriend tells me they are the bits which give drawings their character and originality.
