hey ..whut do u use to make this...? and the procedures....very nice piece....

i used inky pens, pencil and adobe photoshop.
pencil for the sketch.
pens for the lines and what not.
i used different sized inking pens
for different thickness.
scanned in lineart and the in adobe
i tooled around with the cutout filter.
then i went in to the color settings where
you can change the over all colors.
