OK, this thing is almost an antique *blows off dust* but it's my old 1st-gen MP3 player, with 512 megs of space on a compact flash card.I saw everyone is always modelling their iPods for some stupid reason, so i thought I'd model my Old-school quixotic iPod ^_^
How's it look so far? Lightwave is having a bad day, so it's not perfect, but all I have left to go is the screen area and thew decals and the jacks.
I've spent all of like an hour and a half on this thing so far.

EDIT2: Alright, almost done with the visibile area (and that's all I care about! lol) The volume knob and the table are the only things left to fix, then I'm posting it as a finished.

OK, just about finished! And no, I couldn't get the edge to curve more... I might have to rebuild it.

Looks good, but it doesn't quite have the same roundness that the real one has. Like the actual sides are slightly curved. Other than that, it seems like a perfect start.
Nice to see a little something different, though the space scenes are alwas fun.

Thanks. And actually, it's just the lighting, The curves are one of the first thing I handled... though looking again, it could be more pronounced... not hard (I hope ^_^)

lol yeah, Ipods use their own codec, which is why they're so crappy and can hold so many songs ^_^
