here's Commander Nebula in my comic Lightyear Chronicles. his design is pretty much his from the original cartoon. Nebula is the loud, hard headed and abrasive leader of Star Command, he is no nonsense and very strict on recruits and is not tolerant towards insubordination. Nebula hates doing paperwork and just hates everything bureaucratic in general. He seems ruff but he does care a lot about the other Space Rangers and would never send them on a mission that was to dangerous for them, He especially has trouble reasoning with the council that runs the Galactic Alliance and has been in conflict with them multiple times. He is a veteran Space Ranger and served in the great galactic war where he lost his leg. After the War Nebula proposed the idea for an organization dedicated to protecting the galaxy to the Galactic Alliance thus creating Star Command and the Space Ranges. and that is my version of Commander Nebula, let me know what you think in the comments below.Buzz Lightyear and related characters are owned by Disney and Pixar.
