Continuing my updates for my Sonic Odyssey designs, with Sonic's archnemesis and the tyrannical ruler of Mobius bent on turning all life on the planet into robotic slaves: Dr. Robotnik.

Dr. Robotnik: The evil tyrannical ruler of the planet Mobius, residing in his capital of Robotropolis, his heart as black as the oil that powers his robots. A genius inventor with an IQ of 300 (though his IQ is nowhere as big as his ego), Robotnik has a strong disdain for all organic life with their chaotic and unpredictable ways, basically just having disdain for anything that isn't one of his many creations. He wishes to bring absolute order to the world, wanting control over everything because in his mind he's the only one truly worthy and capable of ruling the world properly. He basically wants to trap everyone inside of a metallic prison with him as the warden. He seeks to accomplish this via a machine known as the roboticizer, a device that'll turn people into robotic slaves. Though at the beginning of the series Robotnik wouldn't have a finished Roboticizer, so in the mean time he'd have to present himself as a benevolent ruler to the people of Mobius like an almost kind fatherly figure while painting Sonic and the Freedom Fighters as a bunch of dangerous terrorists. But in reality Robotnik is one of the most cruel heartless people on the planet, being a massive sadists taking pleasure in the pain and misery he brings to others and willing to sacrifice anyone for his pursuits of power. His eyes change color depending on how he seeks to present himself, when he wants to appear friendly they turn blue, when he wants to be menacing they turn red. He's also rather eccentric with a big ego, he likes plastering his face on everything and seems to have a fondness for amusement parks (mainly due to going to the amusement park being some of his few happy childhood memories), also has a tendency to give his robots personalities. Robotnik hates many things, but there's nothing he hates more than Sonic the Hedgehog due to the hedgehog representing he despises in a lifeform not to mention his constant rebellion towards his regime. But he's also fascinated with Sonic's ability to move at the speed of sound, want to capture Sonic and harness this power to create an army of robots who can move at super sonic speeds. His desire to defeat Sonic does end up becoming an obsession that slowly starts to drive him completely insane.
