The next 3 rounds are pretty much Caeda schooling Captain Falcon, giving him a very one-sided beating. She finally knocks him out in round 4, the guy falling out cold.

Smirking, Caeda slams her other fist into Marth's abs, hard enough to knock him off his feet and onto his back. Confident he can't get up, Caeda taunts him by flicking her hair back.
Caeda- So, Marthy, who's the stronger one in our relationship now?

Marth, in pain, tries to stand up; he barely does in 9, and he's almost falling down again.
Marth- Nnngh... I'll defeat you...

Caeda walks towards him, slowly, intimidating him into a corner.
Caeda- Are you sure, Marth? You seem to be struggling...

Marth gulps, visibly scared now.

Caede shrugs, and backs up, letting Marth out the corner before uppercutting his abs, hard.

With a cheeky giggle, Caeda poses, with one foot on Marth's chest. Eventually, after all the spectators leave, Caeda wakes Marth up with a slap to the the cheek, having taken her gloves off. She is now sitting on his chest.
