Description Photo taken at Mexico's National Art Museum in Mexico City. 


This museum has an old histrory  that goes back to the 1900's with a deep french architectural influence. 


We were lucky to have a M.C. Escher exposition in this museum when I got this shot: I saw this couple going up with a very vague idea on where the stairs were taking them... it was their first time ever in this art temple.


Curiously I had to wait more than 1 year to share this photo which was very popular in my Instagram account.


I strongly think that the photos, books, songs, and art in general find you...

Sometimes I feel the photos find you and not the other way, this was the case, I didn't realize the beauty of the photo until I reviewed recently my photo library, perhaps I changed (no I'd say I've changed for sure) ... I think that's the way art works.

Majestic! Would have preferred the characters missing (sorry, they look too 60's-ish against the older interior).

Heheh I agree. The museum was very crowded and I had to wait a lot to have the stairs cleared.
