This takes place during Jaina's first duel with Jacen. She really took a beating. She (in random order) was blasted with Force-lightning point-blank in the chest, that sent her slamming into the wall breaking a few ribs. Took a Force enhanced kick to the groin. Had her forehead gashed open when the body of a Mandalorian in Beskar'gam armor was Force-slammed into her. And got who knows how many pieces of shrapnel in her legs from a frag grenade. But Jaina did get in some licks of her own. She shot Caedus in the shoulder with a sniper rifle, then chopped off that same arm with a Mandalorian Beskad (short sword) and nearly cut off one of his legs.

I just tried to draw her how she might look after all that. Hard to say if she looked worst after this duel or her second duel with Caedus .

This is a work-in-progress. I only filled in the base colors and the background was rushed since I didn't have too much time to spend on it (but I'll make a better one when I finish the colors). And since this is a gif the colors may be off slightly. In a month or so I'll switch it out with a jpeg version, I wanted to give those who haven't read the book yet some time before I started posting spoilish pics without warning

Okay, it's been 2 months since "Invincible" was released, so I swapped out the gif of this image with a jpeg. My apologies to those who still haven't read the book but the paperback doesn't come out until December (I think) and I don't want to wait that long. Unfortunately, I still haven't finished coloring this pic, but hopefully soon.
