I've had some problems rendering this piece as the color schemes of both characters are dark.
I've limited my colors to greens and oranges for the background because of the dark red and deep purple costume.
And I had to lighten the colors of the characters a little or this piece would be like seeing to silhouttes fighting at dawn.

It's stuff like this I really need to learn how to draw. Not just figures, but effective, detailed and realistic backgrounds. I'm just as impressed by that tree as I am with the women. Well, maybe I'm more impressed with the women. But I love it all just the same.

pink tones and magentas could also work on this. But the thought of using the colors is already a concern.
