:: Neon Glow XP 11/3 ::Thank's to fatboy72's permission, I have successfully uploaded his 'Neon Glow XP' Wallpaper ( [link] ) as a bootskin here and over at WinCustomize!! I haven't changed the background, I have just added a nice looking Progress Bar and some text. Tell me what you think
