The movie is said to be apart of the INJUSTICE universe and an adaption of the 2013 acclaimed fighting game by Netherealm Studios.

Justin Hartley as Superman/Clark Kent
Laura Bailey as Lois Lane
Yuri Lowenthal as Mirror Master, Flash and Shazam
Janet Varney as Wonder Woman
Derek Phillips as Nightwing and Aquaman
Kevin Pollak as Joker and Jonathan Kent
Anika Noni Rose as Catwoman

None of the cast from the games will return, As Kevin Conroy, George Newburn and Susan Esienberg are absent. Which has brought shock to the DC Community that they are not reprising.

My opinion:- Am absolutely baffled none of the cast from the games will return.
