It's a good study, you got the right lighting and colors. You got her overall likeness except maybe for the eyes. He eyes are originally bigger, I think. Watch out for the neck, it's too thin. That's something common when referencing for quick studies, just remember when you're making these exercises to incorporate all your previous knowledge in anatomy.

Thanks for the crit. It might be a combo of her head being slightly large, making the eyes and neck out of proportion.
