Wait a minute...where'd Luna get that fur? Not that I'm against fur, I just wouldn't have thought ponies likely to get their clothing from animals seeing as they don't slaughter them for food...then again, maybe they do slaughter lesser animals for other essentials like winter clothes and glue...

I've decided too keep that a secret 'till I'm done with the bigger painting I'm working on. This was a rough character sketch I did to try and figure out how I wanted to portray Luna. You'll have to wait for the big piece to be done for the story behind it.
