Here's another one of these, aren't you just thrilled?!
Sometimes between not having time/energy to draw and having more labor-intensive projects that test my patience, I need to do some little sketches in order to stay creatively active, and they pile up occasionally making me feel anxious to post something, so there they be!
And here be the explanations of what they are:
A - Don't get confused about what's happening in this series of images! This actually was going to be Sally ranting against how folks accuse her of indecency and not wearing enough clothes. Point being, even if she takes off her signature vest, there's nothing there! She's a children's cartoon character!
So yeah, I aborted the thing because I got too long-winded for me to even read myself. Too bad, had a punch-line eventually
My sloppy handwriting and speech bubbles have been omitted here as you can see.B - Just another of my characters I'm refining, Yoshimi (looks drastically different than she previously did). Her costume is going to be sort of a blend of steam-punk and tribal influences. Mentally I've change it even further, but the fact is her role has become that of the leader of a migrant tribe of Mobians. Hence she's supposed to look like a sort of "native american princess" if you will. Without looking like a Lupe-clone
Hence I have some re-working to do still... not sure about the loin-cloth...C - Some dynamic poses for Devon. Got her looking very determined and PO'ed after already gotten thrashed boxing some unknown opponent(s). The other is her kicking some more tail sporting both her pistol and pole weapon of sorts... that needs some further refinements likewise.
D - This is a Siamese cat character a pal of mine just told me about, I dug her so I thought I'd give her a try ^^
E - Two cross-over images of Devon if she was more anthro and featured in a different potential web-comic in the works developed by the same fellow from D. I really like how that left one came out, and I'm frustrated I can't seem to draw her face that well again

Hello! i like these ha i used to watch the classic sonic show. the one where sonic ate chilidogs and actually WAS cool. Oh well. i also watched a bit with sally and that robo armed rabit one too. protecting the forest and all. ahh good times! oh well.
Any way i like the armora and the detailes. the ammos puches add a nice Realisitc touch that so many armors just dont have. (how the hell can masterchief carry 250 AR rounds with no pouches??!?!? Blargh! im really nazi when it comes to tactical gadgets weapons armor and gears.) though i would say next time make them a tad bit longer and larger so they look like they actually fit magazines in them. other than that superb skecthing!
ah i see your did satoko to. nice. your part of our little web comic team? nice. love to pull together some idea with you sometime. [link] i also did a rendition of her. i think i may need to redo her helmet. got to work on golde imperials next.

I love giving utility and purpose to armor and outfits! Hence I actually really enjoy your own work
lol The actual original designs for the Chief included utility pouches all along his waist, which they seem to have reincorporated into his design with his updated and more detailed model in Halo: Anniversary. That made me happy 
Anyways, back to directly replying to your post rather than ranting
You're doing excellent design work with him though! I'm sorry I hadn't previously commented or watched you, can't believe I didn't. Must've slipped my mind because I do enjoy your work aside from having the mutual interest in his project as well.

Hey! That's great, I think the best concepts will come out of the combination of artists filtering different ideas for these characters between each other.
It never hurts to give several drafts to a new character, especially when you're pretty much designing them from the ground up visually. What you have there looks good, I gave you a comment there but I forgot to add that if you did adjust the existing image or start a fresh one that you might want to try and think of some elements you can add to her costume to fill in the blank spaces along her torso and legs, give more of a sense of her wearing some sort of a suit rather than civilian clothes with things strapped to it y'know? Otherwise she looks great as is and you did superb with the little details you did do ^^

A: I actually never thought much about her "Indecency" Whenever I used to watch the old Sonic Satam Show.... She wears about as much clothes as the others... heck sonic wears only shoes and socks... Oh and you're going to get a kick out of this: [link]
B: Yoshimi's new Tribilistic outfit kinda reminds me of Princess Leia's Outfit from Star Wars
C: I like the way you made Devon! The Fist Wrappings, the messed up hair and tail, and torn shirt(Or at least I think it's torn *squints eyes*) Are a nice touch 
D: Wow, ha! Thanks dude! I'm glad you like her... I'm going to try my best to develop her character... and I'm going to have fun doing it too

That's exactly the argument used by myself and countless other long-time Sally fans repeat when haters try to flame her! She's a child's cartoon character, don't confuse the way some over-enthusiastic fans sexualize her body with her actual modest design. And I did catch that strip by ~telofax
Yeah, I definitely still want to guide Yoshimi's design to be less tribal and more arcane yet technological. Perhaps some light armor with an ancient appearance, with the tribal influence reflected in the apparel trimming it and markings upon it all. Regardless, looking like anything from Star Wars is a win for me
I'm kind of particularly happy about that fist wrapping rendition of Devon. She's going to be incredibly fun to illustrate with how feisty she is, and her dogged determination to prevail in combat will lead to some great scenes and dramatic stills like that pose. I'm glad you enjoy it
I actually came up with a limited back-story for your character here in addition to what you provided me, just from the process of drawing her character both off that source image of the Siamese cat you sent me and your pixel art. I'll definitely share it, just actually want to present it in a certain way though for your appreciation
That's the same pic of the Agency version of Devon I sent to you in the past, the 2nd one to the side was supposed to be the start of showing several alternate outfits she'd also wear, but I kinda got bored of the sketch part-way v.v

Yeah telofax and psychotoonist make a great team and their strips are pretty humorous
Hmmmm, you mean a type of "Magitek" style to her costume? I'm all about Magitek stuff... I actually made a Magitek Era of the Gunderson Agents a while ago: [link] I actually like her the way she is, but a Magitek version would look cool
Yeah you did great with Devon's design dude. I'm sure it will dude, so she's a determinator, I like those types of personilities

Oh I still remember that drawing you did of her, from a long time ago, I'm just still giving thanks for letting me add her and Sev to the story. And that's okay friend, this costume for her is alright.
