Here are some strange but cool pokemon in my opinion, They are based on clockwork mice

Basic Stage: Mouspeed - The Clockwork Pokemon
Type: Steel
Ability: Speed Boost
Name Meaning: Mouse-Speed
[Evolves at lvl 21]
These pokemon are often left to play with feline pokemon, but are too fast to ever be caught - making them ideal. They must wind their tail to get going.

First Stage: Roaddent - The Clockwork Pokemom
Type: Steel
Ability: Speed Boost
Name Meaning: Road-Rodent
After years of being chased by feline pokemon, these clockwork toys gained super speed and a mind of their own. To get going, they will wind their tail rapidly. They can outrun a bullet train.

When i saw mouspeed, the first thought was back to Tom and Jerry cartoons with the wind up toys, Love the idea

I love the idea 8D But may I make a suggestion? A ghost/steel type to balance out the devoid-ness of life from the descriptions. They can be like possessed clockwork mice, similar to Rotom's forms :3
Feel free to reject it, it was just a though that came to mind when I looked at the descriptions xD

Hmm, I'm sorry, but i think there's need for more pure steel types, besides, Bronzor and Bronzong look devoid of life, but aren't ghost type, I think the expressionless face is just a steel-type characteristic.
