Description
This is the final image that I will submit from my day spent in the city working on the homelessness project, even though I got many.I could write a long description on this as well, but I will simply say that I hope those of you that take the time to view it and ponder upon it, will see that the homeless are people, just like you and I. They don't just sleep on benches and beg for money. They read. they learn. They inquire. They don't just sleep underneath newspapers...they read them. They have stories to tell and plenty to teach. They are victims of a powerful social force that is beyond their control...not lazy bums who ended up this way because they wouldn't work, or stop drinking. This is an extremely false stereotype. I felt that this simple scene was a beautiful light on the humanity of victims of these extreme socioeconomic conditions.

Drink water, have things that we care about, keep up on the news, love reading, physical disabilities, so many people have so much in common, why can't we learn to embrace our commonality and understand our differences. Great work Josh!
