Description
His Room With A Million Windows (Thanks to dA for not allowing the full title)The homeless. I'm beginning a series on victims of extreme socioeconomic conditions within the urban setting. I spent most of the day in Philadelphia today getting shots like these. I think this is my favorite. I hope it says something to you too.
Self-explanatory... I would think.
Full view is a must!

awesome composition, the heavy, oppressive buildings slightly distorted by the lens, the subject small and vulnerable.
(also like the old-school bike. honda?)

The contrast adds a lot to the photo... Do you ever get self concious while taking photos such as these... I have always found that to be a limiting factor to my subjects of/in my photos!
Great photo though!!!

Nice shot man. I like the idea for your homeless series. Where do you come up with all of your great ideas?
I like the perspective on this one, it creates a contrast between drawing your eye into the image and keeping there in the foreground with the actual subject of the image.

I once photographed someone sleeping on their own in a park on a warm summers evening. They were obviously quite affluent and I was left wondering how anyone could feel so comfortable as to expose themselves in such an open and vunerable way.
How bloody small minded was I? Not everyone has the choices of provacy and personal protection. Your image really exposes those vunerabilities.
