Description
...and it is! I decided to put up another like my last submission, using odd angles and composures to turn a simple object into something that is, if anything, interesting. This is just a street sign signifying a bike lane. I used my SB-800 Speedlight flash and a colored gel filter to get the red tint to the reflection. Hope you enjoyFull fiew, please!

I like the way you used the red to tint this, I like seeing someone go out and shoot something like they want it instead of just using ps later on in the process. I guess I also like the way it is an inventive new way to look at something as commonplace as a sign that you would walk right by and never give it a second glance.

Eh yeah, a bike, now you told it, I see ^^
I can't critique this kind of pic, just because abstract is one of the arts I love...
But I think it's really great, and for you, it's different of all shots you took. So it's great
Have a nice day

Arghhh!!
I've been staring at this intrigued as it reminds me of some pieces by a current UK popart artist. But I can't remeber his name and google isn't helping and I've managed to pull all the books of my shelves. But still can't rememeber.
Going to find it though, because I think you might like it. He does similar stuff to this by taking the ordinary and the mundane and presenting them at new angles or in a fresh way that makes you look at the piece differently.
Damned I hate my fugged up memory.

Man I've been there! Do let me know if you remember though, I'd be very interested to check into him. It's never really something I've thought much about before, but it can be very fun to see what you can come up with.
Thanks Pete

I was completely stumped until I read the description. Funky, but cool. But in my opinion... haha, just kidding.
