It is. It was taken at a fountain in front of a Catholic Elem. school in Charleston. This is just the stream shooting out. Standard ISO is 200 for most pictures. So to freeze the water in place without underexposing the picture I set the ISO to 800. Equivalent to film, that just exposes more quickly to less light than lower settings. That let me use a fast shutter speed to get a crisp shot.
