I have a theory in Season 2 (if it gets confirmed) that Giovanni would be declared a target for other Banzai Blasters (given the recent Redwood Run events of him disobeying Bugsy & Arnold) more personal than Percy. That's right, everyone in his faction would think he's a traitor and/or embarrassment to them.
