Origin: Krampus is the son of the Norse goddess of death, Hel. Every December the 5th (Krampus Night or Krampusnacht), Krampus visits houses universally to punish children who have been naughty. He usually whips them with a bundle of twigs , or gives them coal , but those are just smaller methods of punishment. He also will stuff them in his basket and drag them to the underworld to torture them by drowning them in ink and other methods, (possibly eating some) , and he will keep them in his lair for 1 year. Once he is finished collecting the naughty children and has done his traditional job , he stays in the Underworld to wait for the next Christmas season. Santa and Krampus has made a deal where Santa gives gifts to those who have been good , while Krampus deals with those who have been naughty since Santa does not have it in him to punish children. The reason why Zeb Wayne has not contained Krampus yet is because Santa needs him and also he usually just stays in the Underworld so Zeb has to wait until December 5th or so for him to appear and it makes it even harder that he can travel universally.
