So the Hook, the babysitter killer characters (Killer upstairs, Clown Statue, etc), weaker cryptids would be low tier, were something like superpower aliens or demons are high tier?

Pretty much yes . There is also a medium tier where they have supernatural abilities, but are not harmful beings ( Staring Spirits for example)

Of ok. What about normal shadow people? Sure they can drain emotions and cause fear, but not much beyond that.

Tbh when I was first making it I wasnβt intending it to look like that , but then I looked at it more since Jay also pointed out how it looked like one and I thought it gives it more of a haunting and psychological look to him as well

Yeah, it does look pretty awesome, and adds a more creepy aspect to the Mothman being more of a psychological monster that is more of an omen like in his legends, like his image could appear on anything like a warning O3O

Oh yeah XD there is a lot of Urban Legends in West Virginia so it wouldnβt be complete without Flatwoods Monster XD ( Btw that is the main location of where the comic will be set it XD)
Actually yes , he will appear in certain parts of it and at some point it will be revealed what Mothman actually is , but it would kinda be a spoiler to reveal what he is and his purpose so Iβm gonna save that for a certain point in the comic XD He will usually show himself to people (he has selection on who he wants to see him , but he is mostly invisible to the human eye) usually before an event that usually involves a death or deaths of some sort XD
