It kind of gives me the feel of not only a villain, but a galactic ruler! Like the Darkitect!
And with a will of control.
His origin as far as I know, is completely unknown. So, it's fun to make theories about him!

We only saw a Teaser and already two of the Super Villains!

Your style really lends itself well to something epic, dark, and ominous like this. Wonderful work as always. I like the overlord-esque lines yo got going on in some of the parts, like the boots and upper arms
