Dodrio are proud and powerful birds.With three heads this bird has now a greater intellect than its previous form. They are a flightless bird of prey and hunt in groups of up to five.
Males are distinguised with their strong black necks, which is thought to be a sign of dominence, plus when in large groups of males and females, the black and white effect makes it difficult for predators to single out just one bird.
They lay large eggs but are not protective parents, they lay up to 17 eggs at a time, bury them and leave them. The chicks hatch and must fend for themselves, but are usually found near large groups of Doduo who protect the chicks simply because of their vast numbers.
These birds are also very fast and can be trained to ride, but are difficult to work with if caught in the wild.

I take it that one's a female, as her necks aren't black.
And it's also cool that you made dodrio more like a terror bird than just an ostrich. The beaks look a little small for eating meat, but it sure makes the pokemon seem less benign in any case.

The third head on the dodrio splits off of one of the heads, somehow, like a frog growing legs...
One of the heads is asleep all the time, so the actual pokemon doesn't have to sleep as much.

lol no its not splitting off its just behind the other one lol, and the asleep thing wouldnt work biologically because sleep isnt just a resting time for your mind, its a time for your body, i guess you could say when its sleeping meaning its body n two heads, on could be semi concious incase of danger
