Weepinbell's are placid creatures.When bellsprout are ready to evolve they climb up trees and hang their necks around a strong branch. After a while their 'body' dies off and falls down to the forest floor but its head grows on getting larger. The black dots on its face are real eyes, but the white spot is fake to scare predators.
It has sweet scents that come from its mouth that lure insects which get stuck in the sticky mucus within its mouth.
They spend their lives in the trees until they evolve and move between the trees and foresyt floor.

The eyes look strange...kind of glossy and fake-looking o_O Otherwise, a very nice pic, especially the color gradients on Weepinbell's body and leaves.

lolthats the point, if you have a read the white isnt actually part of the eye, the black is the bit they see with, its to warn off predators

This is much odder than bellsprout. I think it's the fact that it's not connected to the ground in any way. Not a normal plant feature!
But it looks pretty good. Only the vine/branch it's hanging from looks more out of focus than the stem hooking on it. It looks a little weird.
But it's very good, considering we're talking anthro plants.

During evolution they seem to move about quite a bit; up trees back down trees...
