Description

Moltres is a legendary class Pokemon and the last known living specimen has been deemed top secret by Kanto's active government.

It is a surviving species of primal Pokemon that once roamed the planet and has such high tolerances for heat that it nests inside active volcanoes. Neither male nor female it has been deduced that this species is Asexual and can reproduce via parthenogenesis. A single living subject was discovered hibernating within Mt Fire and began travelling towards Cinnabar Island, however, it was deemed too much of a threat to human life and was detained.

Its current location is in a secret facility near the Indigo Plateau, though rumours have circulated stating that its offspring may have escaped into the surrounding area.
