Description

So a few of you seem to really like my Fake Pokemon variants so I decided to create a region for them to all live. This is my personal region. It's loosely (and I mean loosely) based around the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador with influences from classic adventure stories like The Lost World, Atlantis, Indiana Jones, King Kong, Godzilla and many more. Many of the ideas just popped into my head that I'd like to see in a game. Most of the time I was just painting as I went (and yes, much of it has a weird perspective) I've also taken a lot from the previous Pokemon maps and vector work online to save time, but this was more for fun than a legitimate form of artwork. Don't zoom in too closely lol, much of it is very rough, but I hope you enjoy it!

Some features of my new region are:

- Theme: The theme of this region is nature vs technology

- Vibe: Old world adventure/Solarpunk cities

- Primal Evolution: Here certain Pokemon can evolve to a prehistoric evolution that was originally lost to time using a 'Primal Stone' found only in this region.

- Legendaries: There were two titans, the destroyer; a man-made Pokémon design to rid the land and sea of nature to make way for the civilizations ancient technology. And the protector; A giant ancient beast that was awakened when it sensed its home was under threat. Their battle caused the destruction and eventual sinking of the lost civilization.

- Core moves/ Sanseis: These are like Hm cut and strength that are moves that can be trained to certain Pokémon but don’t take up a battle move slot. Sanseis are people who can train your Pokémon to learn these moves.

- Diving: Here you can find great underwater trenches that are so deep, you need a submarine to get down there.

- Eco-friendly: Many of the cities here are specifically built to work WITH nature rather than against it.

I was thinking of calling it the 'Equas Region' but I'd like to hear your ideas. Post your ideas below and I'll pick the one I like the most as the official name
