Her are Oddodo (big) and Oddo (small).Based on dods these are very stupid pokemon, symilar to a slowpoke. If you startle them they run around madly untill they hit something. They also wont start a battle untill theyve been atacked.

The Dodo bird was not a stupid bird
They lived on an island where they were the top of the food chain and had no threats.
When humans came, they viewed them as huge chickens and killed them.
The dodo's not knowing how to react did nothing.

Sounds like something I came up with once, only it was a duck like pokemon. I called it Quaqurs. Obviously based off of psyduck.

lol, you know real dodos were actually disgusting to accounts, they were just filled with fat (hense the big butts) and the myth that humans ate them to death wasnt true, but it was the pigs they brought with them, ate all their eggs, so they died out

They had no reason to fear humans OR the pigs. They had never encountered them before, so had no reason to fear them.

Doduo and dorio are kiwis/ ostriches actually, i have a book with indepth stuff about the first 150 pokemon by the deigners and they said they were based on them. Dunno why they called um doduo or dodrio tho, they didnt explain that. I see why you thought that.
And yer i know what you mean about slowpoke, but i meant its inteligence, not its reaction time which is what slowpoke is renouned for.

My psychology class did an experiment once in order to prove that there is a connection between intelligence and reaction time, and there is.

Well, intelligence is far from reaction time you know. An infant can be pinched and not have a quick reaction, because it is a light surface inuury. Now if the baby were to be hurt in a more severe way, the reaction time would be just the same as an adult, swift and immidiate.
Intelligence limits the reaction time on SOME things, but not all things. An infant as capable of being startled just as well as an adult can.

yes. yes i do. and in the sense of physic powers, if you can control the part of your brain that holds the senses, then you can turn it off. i would do that so i wouldn't feel any pain until i want to.

Well, being able to see into the future of a startling event, you can then tell yourself 'this is what is going to ahppen at this time' so one won't become startled.
I've heard of people actually doing that, hypnotherapy. No magic tie, and no swilring colors. Just a soft tone of voice and a very immerse sensation of relaxation is all it takes.
It owrks via stimulation of endorphins. I've ahd this epxeirence while having a big laughing session at my college. I fell and cut my knee up pretty bad, but I didn't feel the pain because I was laughing and my btrain was producing a mass amount of endorphins because of it.
