And finished! I had a lot of fun redesigning her. I do hope we get to learn more about Penny at some point. There are just too many questions regarding her character, and it would be ridiculous to leave it as it is. I'm not expecting her to be rebuilt or anything like in this pic, but I'm totally open to it.Related content

I donΒ΄t mean to nitpick too much, but that hook thingy in the middle of her sword would be more useful a little closer to the handguard, where that small spike is.
That way, she could catch an opponentΒ΄s weapon with it and disarm them rather easily, giving her more of an advantage than "just" her near-indestructible robot body, super-human strength, most likely photographic memory and her power source, which seems to be able to sustain her for a long time even during combat.

No problem, any feedback is much appreciated! Yes, the placement was purely a design choice and holds no meaning for its actual functionality. I admit I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to weapons. I may want to do some research next time, but eh, these are "for fun" pictures so I'll learn as I go. I will definitely have that noted for next time though. xD
In regards to those other "advantages" you listed for Penny, Nier: Automata has made me a believer lol.

Never played Nier: Automata, and the reviews on it are really confusing and I donΒ΄t want to spend money on a game IΒ΄ll either kinda like or totally hate, so IΒ΄ll probably never will play it.
Unless, of course, I get a free copy somewhere.

Understandable. I myself never even heard of the Drakengard or Nier series prior to that. I knew nothing about them. I only came across a trailer, was impressed by the graphics, and took the plunge after reading some reviews (not all of them were good). I was aware I could still have been disappointed with it in all other aspects, but that is an inherent risk that is unavoidable in anything you purchase. If I had that kind of mindset, I probably wouldn't have come to love the many games I've played over the years if I relied heavily on confusing/mixed reviews.

I read again penny actually just combined her swords into a jet pack. (Why do jet packs look like a pair of wings)

Seems like there's more to it than just her swords, but they are an integral part of the wings. (Why? Because you can't go wrong with wings as a design choice I suppose xD)
