Select the location of your file from the drop down menu, in the "Look In" field. For each new location you choose, a list of files will appear in the screen below. If you don't see the file you want, click on the file type drop down menu. Select "All Files" to display all the format options.

also if you mean how to PLACE that explosion to YOUR image its easy...again if you use gimp just goto your channel/layers mode and play around with them until you find a mode you like..i mostly use *screen,Lighten only,Overlay,dodage and burn* really it all depends on the image and the outcome on the image itself...if photoshop *samething with gimp* but mostly all artists/sig makers use Lighten Only and ever so populer color dodage so keep that in mind
