Do you just love this guy or what?! Took me a long time before I got his design just the way I liked, and it was worth it. I'll tell you this right now...I'm never drawing this beastie again! I think this has got to be my best art yet. The reason he looks like Palkia is because that's what I based his design off of. NOW PRAISE HIM!

Bio:
The sudden burst of giant monster attacks over the last decade have reduced man to nothing more than vermin cowering in the dirt. With no weapons capable of stopping all of the atrocities, it seems that the Earth will be turned into a barren wasteland. But not all hope is lost, for salvation shall come from the heavens above.

The year is 2020, and LEVIATHAN has once again surfaced from the depths of the ocean. The kaiju rampaged its way through New Jersey, leveling all structures in its path. The Airforce once again tried to cease the beast's destruction, but were incapable of doing so. After hours of stampeding, LEVIATHAN returned to the water.
Days later, an unknown force was detected heading towards Earth. It seemed that the planet would feel the wrath of yet another antagonist. All military units were prepared for the worst. Once the alien ships landed, the hatches opened and out came a strange looking race of extraterrestrials. Using their technology, the aliens are able to communicate with the humans. After bringing gifts and socializing with the government, it seemed that Earth had a new ally. An ally who could help mankind defend themselves from the onslaught of kaiju. The aliens were called Grotorians. These aliens are a peaceful race and have come to Earth in Universal exploration. Soon they revealed their secret weapon used to fight of enemies....ZYLAGON! The cybernetic-dragon was equipped with powerful weaponry far more advanced than any weapons mankind has.
Only two days after arriving to Earth, the Grotorians met the king of beasts himself, LEVIATHAN! The dragon would once again attack for no apparent reason and the Grotorians convinced the government to allow them to unleashed their ultimate weapon. The cyborg was sent out to destroy the threat.
As LEVIATHAN came face-to-face with his adversary, he let out a tremendous roar signaling his power. Without hesitation, ZYLAGON launched itself toward the sea serpent and tackled him down. Then the cyber-dragon fired its shoulder cannons, severely wounding LEVIATHAN. The king arose to his feet and fired his glacial breath, but his attack was evaded. ZYLAGON then hurled a sphere of energy from its hands, knocking down the aquatic titan. The two monsters clashed for what seemed like an eternity, when ZYLAGON gored LEVIATHAN with its tail-blade, leaving a gaping hole in the serpent's hide. The cyborg then clasped onto LEVIATHAN and flew him out to the ocean, where he dropped the near-dead kaiju.
With its first victory over the giant monster threat, Earth celebrated with joy; for if the strongest monster couldn't defeat the Grotorian's weapon, than no monster would stand a chance....But they would soon find out that they were wrong.

Abilities/Aspects
- Able to fire an energy ray from shoulder cannons
- Max flight speed of Mach 1
- Armor is made of an alloy not found on Earth, able to withstand most conventional weaponry
- Able to fire concentrated bursts of voltage from shoulder cannons
- Tail-blade is capable of piercing even the toughest of a kaiju's hide
- Can hurl concentrated spheres of energy from hands
