XD Why is it much more suggestive to me when ponies are wearing fancy dresses uh...
To quote a certain princess of friendship 
I wanted to go for a very Disney inspired design which is why Canterlot castle is represented in the sparkly background (i think its the best illustration i have done of the castle so far)
Believe it or not this took over 14 hours :tired:

I just want to say thank you to all who have been supporting the project and leaving comments that have helped me get better at each card i do and inspires to keep going the. 
At some point in the near future i will go back though the earlier cards i did 
For new comers The FIM title cards project aim is too create a quirky unique title card art for each of the episodes of the show we know and 
This year if i ever get time

This is an amazing picture. I love the designs of the dresses, a well as their manes. The only thing I think that you messed up on was Pinkie's mane. Her mane was short in the episode, but I like your's better! And I love how they are all looking at the words "Best Night Ever". Spike also looks really cute in this picture. The background is also amazing. I love how all the stars and the glowing words make their eyes shine brightly. I love how you drew all of their accessories with a lot of detail. Good job, and keep up the good work!

My friend Joshua, this title card is a total win! I am not surprised at all with all the time you spent doing this, each one of the mane six look unique, Spike included, I can see in their eyes all the bigs dreams and huge expectations they all have in mind for this night, now I can truly value the first season finale. The Canterlot Castle looks simply
divine alongside the title, kinda reminds me of Las Vegas or something, a place which holds the key for all your dreams for become true, or so we can imagine as well too.
Needless to say, this title card looks better than the actual episode and it truly shows the first season finale in all its glory, it feels so distant nowadays, those days where finally the whole gang managed to go the part of their dreams. Keep up the superb job you have done so far with your outstanding skills Joshua, good luck my friend!

This perhaps one of my favourites in the series so far, the use of color and lighting makes it so beautiful. Despite the true nature of the episode I believe that this captures the hopes and dreams that each of the mane six had going into the gala. I've enjoyed your title card series from the beginning and can't wait to see what you do for the remaining episodes of Season 4 and what you produce in the future!

This is gorgeous. I seriously love all of these.
"TBNE" will always have a special place in my heart. It was the end of a brilliant first season that managed to completely capture my heart and mind. I still don't know how a cartoon could do such a thing. I also wouldn't trade it for anything.
There is just so much I love about that episode. I remember watching it for the first time, and I was grinning from ear-to-ear for days. So much fun!

Beautiful, simply beautiful...
You've done some great work before, but this one is just above and beyond. It's not just beautiful, but seemingly somehow magical. The use of color and shading is just amazing, giving the whole thing a dream-like quality. Admittedly, the angles make the characters all look maybe just a bit too much like cardboard cutouts, but it's a very minor flaw in what is otherwise a sheer joy to my eyes. This is without any doubt in my mind an unquestionable win!
As for the alternate title card, I'll be looking forward to that one as well; however, if MLP had real title cards though then I think this is the one that would need to have been used. Anything more true to the actual disappointment/disaster that was the actual gala would probably be too much of a spoiler.

Well, at any rate, Rarity's tastes and talent in fashion range from stellar (Suited for Success) to horrid (Maud Pie) according to the episode, so I don't think there'd really be a point to arguing about that. The point is that she is a very skilled fashionista, but that she screws up when the plot or comedy dictates it... the same way Pinkie Pie can be now a super duper party pony and then an aggravating bag of nerves.

mostly animes i have seen like Lucky Star, haruhi suzumiya Excel Saga and Kill la Kill once i have finished it i just think this style of western titlecards could somehow work for animes. But on the western side i want to do cards for Freakazoid Hey Arnold gargoyles and even the Yogscast shadow of Israphel it may be a gaming thing but the characters and story leave a lot of imagination for me to work with so yeah these are long term passion projects that i may do on the side lines of pony cards i never let my mind sleep if you can not tell
