You do OC on commission, right? I need to figure out how does paypal work, because i have a TF oc that would look great but i read that you only do that on commissions and right now i don't understand a thing about how paypal works ^^"Β

thank you.. basically, paypal is some kind of agent that took care of online money transfer, and one thats most secure in my opinion... lets say, both you and i got an account, and we both register our credit card and bank account to paypal, then when you send payment to me, paypal will use your credit card to withdraw the money and deliver it to my account. then i'll get notified by paypal, the money went through, and i can withdraw it to my bank account.
