54th Division was a Army unit of the Republic Army during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Separatist Alliance. Klatoonian Jediknight Yoroc Manter became General of the Division and his padawan, Kufo Wroonan and Clone Captain Rufo served his Second-in-Command.

In 19 BBY, in the final days of the Clone wars, the Division was on station in the planet Klono V whit the Jediknight Almia Opaly's 81th Infantry Brigade, when the clones of both units were issued Order 66 by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. Upon receiving an order, clones from both units immediately turned their weapons against their Jedi commanders. Manter was shot in the middle of a strategy meeting by Captain Rufo and others, while one squad enter the medic wing and Wroonan in his bed.
